30-Day Return Policy:

  • Only unused items in original packaging are eligible for returns.
  • If more than 30 days have passed since receiving the item, neither exchanges nor refunds can be offered.
  • Contact us at support@hushball.com with your name, order details, item, and reason for return.
  • For defective items, provide a photo.

Refund Process:

  • Once we get the return, we'll inspect it and email you about refund approval.
  • Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method.

Issues with an Order:

  • If it's our mistake (like sending the wrong item), we'll refund or replace it.
  • We don’t provide return shipping labels; reach out for a return address.

Whose Responsibility?

  • Us: Manufacturing defects, wrong items/colors/sizes, missing items.
  • You: Address mistakes, reading item descriptions and sizes carefully, color discrepancies due to lighting.

Shipping:

  • We process orders in 3-7 business days and ship in 8-12 business days on average.
  • We're not responsible for shipping delays or packages after shipment.
  • No refunds for transit orders or late gifts; contact support if your order arrives late.

Exchange Process:

  1. Click a photo (use a ruler for size issues).
  2. Email with subject "Order #YourOrderNumber Replacement Request" to support@hushball.com.
  3. Include the photo, issue description, and relevant order details.

Lost or Stolen Orders:

  • We aren't responsible for orders lost/stolen due to external circumstances.
  • Reach out for specific cases.

Order Modifications:

  • Can't change or refund orders that have shipped.

Awaiting Refunds?

  • First, check with your bank or credit card company; refunds can take time.
  • If still missing, contact our support.
